About
Michael Brown, CEO
Michael has had a successful career as a clean tech entrepreneur. He has developed innovative clean energy technologies and solutions and has been recognized for his contributions to the industry. His entrepreneurial spirit and passion for sustainability have driven him to make a difference in the clean energy sector.
Michael is the founder of the Urban Alliance for Clean Energy (UACE), and has worked with elected officials and community leaders to promote and accelerate the adoption of clean energy solutions in disadvantage communities through workforce development.
Michael also served as a senior political appointee during the Obama administration, where he lead initiatives focused on improving healthy outcomes, transportation equity, sustainable communities and environmental justice.
Michael received his BS in Economics from the University of South Carolina, MPA (Public Policy) from North Carolina Central University and has studied Urban And Regional Planning at Georgetown University and Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies at Stanford University
